Hammer Custom Drums Business Model

A little about the Hammer custom drums business model.

Not everybody wants, or can afford a full on custom build.

So the goal is to fit every Price point.

Also not every manufacture can go fully custom and are constrained to their proprietary hardware.

With that in mind, we aim to be a one stop, streamlined custom operation.

Our aim is to make every commercially available drum part or accessory available so that you get the true custom drum experience, with as little or as much custom as you so desire.

If so desired, parts will be custom built, either in house or by secondary manufacturer, to fit individual needs.

It's possible to get a Yamaha style finish, with Gretsch lugs, DW inspired shells, with pearl mounting hardware. Or we can make any part from scratch. Or mix and match.

There are some restrictions based on functionality or cost, but we work with you every step of the way to find the right balance.
